CANCELLATION INSURANCE AND INSURANCE OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES - STANDARD
When booking accommodation, the guest has the option to arrange cancellation insurance in the amount of 5% of the total invoiced amount. Insurance can be arranged at the time of booking, after the invoice is issued it is no longer possible to arrange insurance. The insurance subsequently covers 80% of the cancellation fees. The cancellation insurance also applies in the event of COVID-19 illness of all members of the booked stay.
The list of names of the insured persons must be included in the reservation note.
Liability insurance in the accommodation facility covers up to CZK 50,000. You can find information on the insurance here:
